These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all design, development, and hosting services (“Services”) provided by Three Sphere Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“Client”, “you”). By approving a quote, estimate, or project proposal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide website hosting configuration, web page design and development, and logo or brand design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your written estimate or proposal.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Entry-level projects start at $150.00.
• Quotes are based on scope, content volume, and feature requirements.
• Any change in scope may result in a revised quote and timeline.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balances are typically due upon project completion and prior to launch.
• Late payments may delay delivery or hosting setup.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete content, branding details, and requirements.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe.
• Obtain permission for all text, images, and assets you supply.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content you provide remains your property.
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use website designs and logo files delivered as part of the project.
• We may display non-sensitive portions of your project in portfolios and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Revisions

Your project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as stated in your quote. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

7. Hosting & Third-Party Services

• Hosting, domains, email services, and third-party tools (such as Formspree) may be provided by external vendors.
• We will assist with setup but are not responsible for outages, downtime, or policy changes from those providers.

8. Warranties & Limitations

• We strive to deliver stable, modern websites but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
• In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed to date.

10. Privacy & Data

We treat your project details and contact information as confidential and use them only for providing the Services. Any forms on your website (including Formspree) may have their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms over time. The most current version will be made available on request and applies to new projects and renewals.
